Giada Battaglia is a qualified lawyer and member of the Bar Association of Forlì-Cesena.

Giada deals with civil and corporate law both in litigation cases as well as in consultancy matters.

She specialises in the protection of intellectual and industrial property law and supports companies, also in the start-up phase, in the adoption of strategies and elaboration of procedures aimed at ensuring maximum protection of brands and distinctive signs.

She is a founding partner and member of the board of directors of Lexim Srl, a business consultancy company operating throughout Italy.

Giada also holds the position of President of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 in several corporations.
