Enrico deals with contractual and corporate law and strategic consultancy.

He assists companies in extraordinary transactions, Merger & Acquisitions, due diligence, and civil and corporate litigation.

He also supports companies in the identification of the best corporate governance structure, in the management of all functional requirements for the development of innovative projects and the negotiation of commercial agreements.

He is a founding partner and member of the board of directors of Lexim Srl, a business consultancy company operating throughout Italy.

Enrico also holds positions as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in several corporations.
