Carmela Mastrovito, graduated from the University of Macerata where she attended, post graduate, the School of Specialization in Legal Professions. Licensed lawyer in 2006 first registered with the Bari Bar Association, since 2019 with the Savona Bar Association where she currently lives.

Carmela has always been involved in civil law, with a particular interest in the protection of credit through all actions necessary for its recovery, subject to an assessment of their feasibility and successful outcome. Thanks also to her specialization in Tax Law, she has assisted small and medium-sized companies in particular financial situations, for debts contracted with the Financial Administration and various suppliers. This experience led her to attend and acquire the qualification in 2022 as an Expert Business Crisis Negotiator; a qualification that allows her to follow up with companies, helping them to choose wisely the business operations to put in place.

Over the years she has also followed family law issues, accompanying mixed couples to contract civil marriages in Italy and abroad, with no obligation to convert to another religion.

Since 2010 Carmela, following her qualification and enrolment in the Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice-Department for Justice Affairs in Italy, has been practicing, uninterruptedly, the profession of Civil and Commercial Mediator, in which she firmly believes and for which she attended the Basic Course of Neuro Linguistic Programming Generation II – with issuance of NLP Practitioner certificate; to acquire communication techniques that enable her to enter into relationships with the parties.
